House Bill 864 - 107th General Assembly
The executive director, compliance officer, each field investigator, and each regional director of the Ohio civil rights commission, with respect to matters relating to his official duties, may administer oaths, take affidavits, and acknowledgements, and attest the execution of any instrument in writing. The director shall file in the office of the secretary of the state the name and residence address of the occupant of each of the offices listed in this section and shall cancel such filing and make a new filing in a single document whenever the occupant of any such office changes.
The secretary of state shall record and index the filings required under this section and the filings shall be open to public inspection.
