Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter or Chapter 3301-83 of the Administrative Code, the department of education shall develop an online bus driver training program to satisfy the classroom portion of pre-service and annual in-service training for school bus driver certification. On-the-bus training for drivers shall continue to be completed in person.
