House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly
No institution mentioned in section 135.03 of the Revised Code is eligible to become a public depository or to receive any new public deposits pursuant to sections 135.01 to 135.21 of the Revised Code, if the institution or any of its directors, officers, employees, or controlling shareholders or persons is currently a party to an active final or temporary cease-and-desist order issued to ensure the safety and soundness of the institution.
