Rule 1501:31-27-04 | One day fishing license.
(A) Any resident of this state or a nonresident may purchase a one day fishing license. The fee for which is established in section 1533.32 of the Revised Code. The one day fishing license shall expire at midnight on the day for which the license is valid.
(B) Notwithstanding division (C)(3) of section 1533.32 of the Revised Code, an annual fishing license issued in accordance with division (C)(2) of section 1533.32 of the Revised Code shall begin on the date of issuance of the one day fishing license and shall expire one year from the date of issuance of the one day fishing license.
(C) All definitions set forth in rule 1501:31-1-02 of the Administrative Code apply to this rule.
