Rule 5501:1-6-01 | Medical use heliports.
All operators who utilize medical use heliports as defined in rule 5501:1-1-01 of the Administrative Code shall submit their instrument approach and departure procedures to the office of aviation within thirty days of being established, renewed or changed. For existing procedures, all operators shall submit their procedures to the office of aviation within sixty days of the effective date of this rule. These procedures shall be used when identifying the navigable airspace around medical use heliports as it relaates to the Ohio airport and airspace protection act of this chapter.
