Rule 5120:1-1-23 | Verification of Sex Offender Registration.
Within three days of an offender's release on supervision, the adult parole authority will verify that sexually oriented and child-victim oriented offenders register personally with the sheriff within three days of release. Verification will be made in accordance with divisions (A)(2) and (A)(3) of section 2950.04 of the Revised Code or in divisions (A)(2) and (A)(3) of section 2950.041 of the Revised Code, whichever is applicable.
