Rule 5101:2-17-06 | "Step Up To Quality" (SUTQ): county agency responsibilities.

 

(A) What are the responsibilities of the county agency for SUTQ?

The county agency staff are to:

(1) Utilize the Ohio child licensing and quality system (OCLQS) to support SUTQ.

(2) Follow all requirements contained in Chapter 5101:2-17 of the Administrative Code.

(3) Follow the policies and procedures for all SUTQ responsibilities as assigned.

(4) Recommend rating actions for approval.

(B) May the county agency have additional requirements that exceed the SUTQ standards in Chapter 5101:2-17 of the Administrative Code?

The county agency is not to have additional requirements for SUTQ.

(C) May the county agency contract out the SUTQ responsibilities?

The county agency may contract out the SUTQ responsibilities but is to ensure that the requirements of this chapter are met.
