Rule 5101:11-9-01 | Exemptions.
Any request for exemption from any provision under division 5101:11 of the Administrative Code is to be made in writing to the council office and contain a statement of reasons supporting the request. Exemptions may be granted for good cause, as so determined by the council office, but are entirely subject to council office approval. The council office will immediately notify the United States department of labor, concerning any such exemptions affecting a substantial number of employees and concerning the reasons for approval.
