Rule 4717-2-01 | Meetings of the board.
The annual meeting of the board shall be the July meeting or within thirty days after the senate's confirmation of new members in that year, at which time the board shall organize and select a president, vice-president, and secretary/treasurer.
Special meetings of the board may be called by the president with twenty-four hours prior notice being given to its members. At special meetings the board may transact such business as it deems necessary.
Upon petition of four or more members of the board, the president shall call a special meeting of the board within ten days of the receipt of the petition.
