Rule 4713-5-21 | Instructor limitations.

(A) Instructors are prohibited from providing services on members of the public in a licensed school. Instructors may perform demonstrations only.

(B) An instructor shall only teach the areas of practice in which the instructor is currently licensed.

(C) All instructors must be properly licensed and comply with applicable limitations in accordance with sections 4709.10 and 4713.44 of the Revised Code.
