Rule 4123-18-09 | Vocational rehabilitation provider fee schedule.

(A) Pursuant to sections 4121.441 and 4121.61 of the Revised Code, the administrator hereby adopts the vocational rehabilitation provider fee schedule indicated in the appendix to this rule, developed with stakeholder input.

(B) Notwithstanding paragraph (A) of this rule, consistent with division (F)(1) of section 4121.44 of the Revised Code, managed care organizations may enter into other arrangements and reimbursement agreements with medical, professional, and pharmacy providers.
