Rule 3772-19-04 | Commission surveillance room and on-site facilities.
(A) The casino operator shall have a room at the casino facility for the exclusive use of the commission to monitor and record activity at the casino facility. The executive director shall designate and approve the location and size of the commission surveillance room.
(B) The commission surveillance room shall have at least two separate workstations approved by the executive director, each with multiple monitors and with complete surveillance system access. The surveillance system shall provide access and override access to the commission.
(C) The commission surveillance room shall have equipment that facilitates secure remote access to the surveillance system.
(D) The commission shall have total control over the provided surveillance equipment.
(E) The casino operator shall provide on-site commission facilities at the casino facility for the exclusive use of the commission. These rooms shall be separate and secure and be in addition to the commission surveillance room. The executive director shall designate and approve the location and size of the on-site commission facilities.
(F) The casino operator shall provide separate telephone and internet communication systems for use by the commission as approved by the executive director.
(G) The casino operator must provide at least one secure room equipped with video and audio monitoring and recording as approved by the executive director.
