Rule 3769-7-29 | Jockey fee schedule.
(A) Except as may be otherwise agreed to between the parties, the fees to be paid thoroughbred jockeys shall be according to the following schedule:

$7,800 to $9,999 | 10% of win purse | 5% of place purse | $75 | $70 | $65 |
$10,000 to $17,999 | 10% of win purse | 5% of place purse | $85 | $80 | $75 |
$18,000 to $24,999 | 10% of win purse | 5% of place purse | 5% of show purse | $85 | $80 |
$25,000 to $49,999 | 10% of win purse | 5% of place purse | 5% of show purse | $95 | $85 |
$50,000 to $74,999 | 10% of win purse | 5% of place purse | 5% of show purse | $100 | $90 |
$75,000 or greater | 10% of win purse | 5% of place purse | 5% of show purse | 5% of fourth purse | $105 |
(B) The winning jockey fee in a stakes race shall be ten per cent of the win purse. For the purpose of this rule "win purse" means the amount paid the winning horse less the fees paid by the owner to enter the horse in the race.
