Rule 3769-4-31 | Disqualification to act as official.
(A) Any official who has an interest in any of the horses engaged in a particular race is disqualified from acting in any official capacity in that race. In the event of such disqualification the commission shall be notified by the disqualified person and shall appoint a substitute.
(B) An official may be fined, or his license may be suspended, revoked or denied at any time by the commission for incompetence, failure to follow or enforce the rules, or any conduct detrimental to the sport including the use of alcoholic beverages in violation of rule 3769-4-57 of the Administrative Code or the use of any unlawful drugs, or being guilty of other improper conduct.
