Rule 3769-3-11 | Emergency situations.
In the event any emergency situation arises in connection with the operation of the pari-mutuel department not provided for by these rules, the pari-mutuel manager will make an immediate decision and inform the state steward or judge and the commission representative of their action and render a full report to the commission the following day. Public announcement will be made describing such emergency situation and the decision made thereon.
