Rule 3769-3-04 | Lock parimutuel machines.
Except for advanced wagering on subsequent races, wagering will close and parimutuel machines will be locked by electrical control at the time:
(A) The starting gate opens at the start of the race for thoroughbreds; or
(B) The front of the starting car reaches the starting line for standardbreds.
