At least once during each period from Sunday to Saturday, the owner or operator shall inspect areas where containers are stored. The owner or operator shall look for leaking containers and for deterioration of containers caused by corrosion or other factors. See rule 3745-66-71 of the Administrative Code for remedial action required if deterioration or leaks are detected.
