Rule 1501:47-7-02 | Brown county.

 

(A) On the waters of White Oak creek, Red Oak creek, Straight creek and Eagle creek, from the mouth to the headwaters, it is unlawful to operate a watercraft at a speed in excess of six MPH and to operate a watercraft in such a manner to cause a wake of sufficient size or strength to cause damage to any property or endanger the safety of any watercraft or person greater than idle speed, or at a speed that creates a wake.

(B) A "wake" as used in the rule means as a track left by a watercraft in the water causing waves or swells.
