Rule 1501:21-15-02 | Approval of changes in design, plans, or specifications.
The chief shall be promptly advised of all proposed changes in the approved design, plans, or specifications. There shall be no change in the approved design, plans, or specifications without prior approval of the chief. All such approved changes shall be recorded on the complete set of as-built plans as set forth in rule 1501:21-15-04 of the Administrative Code.
