Definitions, compensation, and other terms and conditions of employment applicable to full-time faculty are governed by the "Agreement Between the Lakeland Faculty Association and Lakeland Community College."

A member of the board who has faithfully served in that capacity for at least two years will, on termination of the membership, become eligible for appointment by the board as "Emeritus Trustee" with all the rights and privileges pertaining thereto.
