Rule 123:1-45-01 | Implementation.
The director may issue directives, policies, or memoranda to implement the provisions of department rules and to establish the forms or procedures necessary to carry out Chapters 123., 124., 125., and 153. of the Revised Code and the rules adopted thereunder. Each rule of the director of administrative services , and each section of each rule is an independent rule. The holding of any rule or section to be void, invalid, or ineffective for any reason does not affect the validity of any other rule or section.
